TabTrade - The Short Version
TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
The BlackBull connection tells you something. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. Still more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.
They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.
Market coverage: FX, stock indices, metals, commodities, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something this new, that coverage is broad.
Platforms
Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both matters. Use whichever you prefer.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Full charting, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for bots but needs the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That would round things out when it lands.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Works for beginners.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.
Infrastructure
The speed is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. The average platform run a much wider range.
Should you care? If you scalp, yes. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. The point is the setup is serious. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms at this price point offer execution like this.
Regulation
Now, the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
But. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. This does not guarantee anything. It does factor into your assessment.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off works is your call.
Welcome Offer
Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You deposit, TabTrade add bonus funds. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before funding.
